Reverse Mortgage is a loan that is only available to our clients that are 62 years of age or older.  This loan is an excellent financial planning tool that is used by senior homeowners to enhance their retirement years by supplimenting their retirement income. A reverse mortgage converts part of the equity in your home into cash flow without having to sell the home, give up title, or take on a new monthly mortgage payment as long as you comply with the loan terms. This loan has been endorsed by the AARP
and is insured by the Federal Government.
